7103 Petit Celler
Pep Cànaves and Sebastià Ordines are the owners of 7103 Petit Celler. They started the winery in 2013 and in a few years they have established their own identity with one goal: to use local varieties in their wines. They belong to the Protected Geographical Indication Vi de la Terra Mallorca.
The name of the winery, 7103, represents the square metres of a quarterada, the unit of measurement of agricultural land used in the Balearic Islands. Although it is a relatively new winery, it has a deep-rooted winemaking tradition thanks to Sebastià Ordines’ grandfather, who planted many of the vines that now produce the best grapes. The terroir is also perfect for making quality wine.
